Sally M. Martin: Sally's journey with massage began
at the Austin School of Massage Therapy in 1994. An athlete and
yoga practitioner, she specializes in Deep Tissue Sports Massage
and injury recovery. She has traveled the US working in spas in
Stanley,Idaho, Lajitas, Texas and Juneau, Alaska, and worked as
an on- location therapist in the film industry in the US and Mexico.
Sally will offer yoga classes and private instruction.

Ultimate Deep Tissue Sports Massage and Injury Recovery Work
Extra strength tension treatment for those preferring real body work.
This Deep Tissue Massage leaves you ultimately relaxed, feeling renewed,
yet energized overall. Suitable for pre and post sports events, for chronic
musculoskeletal discomforts, and for those preferring body work like no
other.
Duration/Pricing: 30/60/90/120 mins: $45/$70/$95/$125

of Yoga Classes:
- Hatha Yoga
- Partner Yoga
- Restorative Flow
Beginner and/or Intermediate Levels Pivate Lessions will focus on Client's
request.
Pricing: $25 for a private 1hr session Group classes, $10 per person
for 90 minute class.
